Airlearn is Hiring Social Media Content Creators in IndonesiaAirlearn is one of the fastest-growing language-learning apps, with 5M+ users across 150+ countries. We're expanding our creator network and looking for talented short-form video creators based in Indonesia to join our structured Ambassador Program. WHAT YOU'LL DO Create short-form UGC (User-Generated Content) videos promoting Airlearn Cross-post content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, along with an option to enable auto-posting on Facebook Follow a structured posting system we provide scripts, hooks, audio, and full posting guidance COMPENSATION Choose from two monthly deliverable options:
- $125/month for 75 videos upon completion of all deliverables
- $250/month for 150 videos upon completion of all deliverables
Viral Performance Bonuses (per video): $25 for 250K views $62.5 for 500K views $125 for 1M views $250 for 2.5M views WHAT WE OFFER Consistent, fixed income based on deliverable completion Performance-based bonus structure for viral content Full backend support scripts, hooks, audio & posting guidance provided A formal legal contract covering all deliverables and payments Long-term, ongoing collaboration opportunity WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Based in Indonesia Comfortable creating short-form video content Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet monthly delivery targets Prior UGC or brand collaboration experience is a plus but not required
