We are searching for sharp, creative storyteller-hustlers who understand modern short-form video algorithms. You will operate within agile "Growth Pods" to generate native, hyper-relatable video campaigns on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts that trigger immediate downloads.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Short-Form Production: Scripting, filming, and editing 3 to 4 high-retention short videos per week, utilizing native camera-facing acting techniques or clean screen-recording product narratives.

1. Trend-Jacking & Copywriting: Actively tracking daily audio trends, algorithmic changes, and corporate interview memes to position TalkDrill as the definitive answer to placement panic within 3 seconds of a viewer's scroll.

1. Thematic Content Iteration: Executing high-converting narrative loops including: "Before vs. After TalkDrill", "Fumbling in front of the HR", and "Late-Night Hostel Mock Prep Conversations".

1. Platform Optimisation: Utilizing specialized text styling, hooks, and clean audio edits using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut to optimise metrics for maximum viewer retention.

1. Growth Pod Collaboration: Coordinating closely within specialised content units alongside scriptwriters and performance marketing leads to systematically distributing creative variants to boost engagement loops.
