HumbleBean is looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Community Manager to grow our digital presence and build a strong local community around our brand. This role goes beyond posting content. We are looking for someone who can create engaging social media campaigns, increase audience engagement, collaborate with influencers, organize events and activations, and drive footfall to our cafs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Instagram and other social platforms* Create and execute content calendars and campaigns* Shoot and edit reels, stories, and short-form content* Build relationships with local communities* Plan and execute events, tastings, and brand activations* Drive customer engagement online and offline* Track performance and suggest growth opportunities
What Were Looking For
- 23 years of experience in social media, community, or brand marketing* Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, trends, and content creation* Excellent communication and storytelling skills* Experience in hospitality, food, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred* Self-starter with a passion for building communities and driving results
