Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Set up and manage Facebook, Medium, and Substack accounts from scratch.

1. Repurpose existing content for each platform's unique audience and format.

1. Publish content consistently and on schedule.

1. Write and optimize captions, headlines, descriptions, and CTAs.

1. Implement SEO best practices for Medium articles and Substack newsletters.

1. Conduct keyword research to improve discoverability and rankings.

1. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.

1. Track content performance and share basic insights and recommendations.

1. Maintain content calendars and ensure deadlines are met.

1. Coordinate with the founder/content team to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency.

1. Handle day-to-day platform management and administrative tasks related to content publishing.

1. LinkedIn content writing is also included, along with creating and posting content on LinkedIn as part of the role.
