Are you obsessed with fashion trends, visual storytelling, and digital growth? The Statement Ps is looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and execution-focused Social Media Associate to help elevate and scale our women's accessories brand online. What You'll Do

• Plan, create, and schedule daily social media content.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and story content.
• Assist in ideating and executing reels, photoshoots, and content campaigns.
• Stay updated with social media trends, memes, sounds, and platform updates.
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules.
• Coordinate with influencers and content creators.
• Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement.
• Track content performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Assist in product launches, campaigns, and festive promotions.
• Support brand collaborations and UGC (user-generated content) initiatives.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar editing tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Interest in fashion, lifestyle, accessories, home dcor, and consumer brands is a plus.
