1. Manage customer support across Instagram Direct messages and email, and respond to all queries within 24 hours.

1. Reply to every comment on Instagram Reels and advertisement posts in a timely and on-brand manner.

1. Handle Instagram message requests from both customers and creators professionally.

1. Research and identify creators for brand collaborations and maintain an updated creator master list.

1. Send creator outreach emails after approval and collect commercial details, including rate cards and packages.

1. Conduct competitor analysis, product research, and other assigned tasks as required.
