Job SummaryWe are looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Strategy Manager who can lead the digital marketing team while managing client relationships and operational delivery. The ideal candidate should have experience in a digital marketing agency environment, managing multiple client accounts, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring successful campaign execution across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Manage and coordinate SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Marketing, and Performance Marketing activities.
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns and project deliverables.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisation strategies.

Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Conduct client meetings, campaign reviews, and strategic discussions.
• Build long-term client relationships and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling.

Team Coordination & Reporting

• Collaborate with SEO, Content, Design, Development, and Paid Marketing teams.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
• Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights.
• Report directly to the CEO & Directors at Cronbay
