Job Description
SAP Project Systems (PS) Support
- Monitor and manage SAP error handling workflows from system inbox
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues in SAP / PM tools or via coordination with relevant teams
- Support integration between PM tools, middleware, and SAP ensuring smooth data flow
- Execute month-end support activities including hours integration checks, discrepancy resolution, and missing data handling
- Perform database validation (SQL-based) to identify and resolve integration issues
- Handle invoice transfer issues and work package validations in SAP
- Maintain error logs/documentation and contribute to knowledge base
- Technical Upgrade (TU) & Testing Support
o Execute business process test scenarios during SAP technical upgrades
o Setup and manage test chains and test data for end-to-end validation
o Support user access and authorization setup for testing activities
o Provide extended support during TU cycles (high-demand periods) to ensure business continuity
- Component Business / Data & Coordination Support
o Support data validation, data cleansing coordination, and issue tracking across business processes
o Coordinate with business key users and stakeholders for requirement clarification and issue resolution
