Job Title : SME- TelesalesLocation : Powai, TruemedsKey Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 4050 telesales executives to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and ensure target accomplishment.
- Monitor individual and team productivity, providing regular feedback and performance coaching.
- Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and customer engagement.
- Provide real-time on-floor support and guidance to improve conversion rates and sales closures.
- Assign and distribute daily leads to agents and ensure timely follow-up.
- Track key performance metrics and prepare performance reports as required.
- Maintain high levels of team discipline, motivation, and adherence to company processes.
- About 80% team management and operations and 20% direct calling/sales activity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a target-driven telesales or sales environment.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as team lead sales
- Strong sales knowledge and operations experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Forms.
- Ability to analyze sales data and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- 6-day working week with a rotational weekly off.
