Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Performance
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Drive conversion, average bill value, and customer acquisition.
Monitor daily sales performance and implement action plans.
Identify local business opportunities to increase store revenue.2. Team Management
Recruit, train, and develop store associates.
Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
Create a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
Manage employee attendance, scheduling, and productivity.3. Customer Experience
Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels.4. Store Operations
Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store appearance.
Monitor stock availability and replenishment.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.5. Inventory & Shrinkage Control
Maintain stock accuracy and inventory health.
Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts.
Minimize shrinkage, damages, and losses.6. Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards.
Ensure statutory and audit compliance requirements are met.7. Financial Management
Manage store expenses within approved budgets.
Ensure cash handling accuracy and banking compliance.
Monitor store profitability and cost controls.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
