About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1.Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors.

Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure finishing standards are maintained.

Take site measurements and prepare site reports.

Track project progress and update the design team regularly.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Identify and resolve site-related issues proactively.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline at the site.

Verify completed work and assist in preparing running bills and measurements.

Ensure projects are completed within scheduled timelines.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of interior materials and construction processes.

Ability to read drawings and understand execution details.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and WhatsApp documentation is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple agencies and labor teams.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Freshers with a keen interest in site execution are welcome.
