About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Study project drawings, BOQ, specifications, and technical documents received from clients or consultants.

1. Prepare detailed material estimation, quantity take-off, and cost analysis for Fire Fighting / MEP projects.

1. Analyze labour, contractor , vendor , material, equipment, and subcontracting requirements.

1. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain updated quotations, and technical data.

1. Prepare costing sheets, rate analysis, and comparison sheets for management approval.

1. Identify project scope, deviations, and missing information based on tender documents.

1. Assist in preparation of technical and commercial proposals for tenders.

1. Ensure all estimation work follows industry standards, IS codes, NBC & NFPA norms.
