Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to implementation and completion.

1. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.

1. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

1. Manage project documentation, including blueprints, permits, and progress reports, to keep all stakeholders informed and up to date.

1. Prepare and update project schedules and budgets, tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed to stay on track.

1. Collaborate with the project team to resolve any design or construction challenges that may arise during the course of the project.
