Position Overview The Site Engineer is responsible for technical execution as per drawings, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely progress. This role acts as the technical backbone of on-site operations. Qualifications Required B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and technical drawing interpretation. Experience Required 2 to 5 years experience in building construction.Must have experience in RCC, finishing, site planning & material management.Preferably handled residential/commercial mid-scale projects. Additional Skills Job Description: Key Responsibilities :- Execute work as per structural and architectural drawings.Conduct inspections for RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry & finishing.Ensure accurate measurements and BOQ verification.Prepare DPR, WPR, and support in billing documentation.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors & internal teams.Maintain safety compliance and proper site documentation.Plan material requirements and track work schedules.Resolve technical issues at site independently.
