Responsibilities:

Software Development:
- Simulation Runtime Environment development based on AGILE methodology.
- Simulation Development Environment development based on AGILE methodology.
- Specify, design, develop, integrate, validate and deliver the development environment software used in simulation activities.
- Write high quality code and deliver on time
- Defines the Product Roadmap, Sprints, release plan
- Develops meaningful user stories
- Ensure the quality of user stories by validating the user stories
- Reporting progress of activity with timely escalations
- Identify, monitor and mitigate the risks.
- Be proactive and innovative to improve the ways of working. Ex: bring innovative design solutions and technologies, deploy AGILE methods.
Required skills and expertise:
- Strong understanding of Rust/C++ projects.
- Experience with the Rust ecosystem. Strong grasp of ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, traits, smart pointers (Rc, Arc, RefCell), and asynchronous programming (tokio or similar).
- Experience with cargo or C++ build systems like CMake or Bazel. Comfort with profiling tools like Valgrind, gdb, or perf.
- Experience with WebAssembly (Wasm) compile targets for Rust or C++.
- Familiarity with low-level networking protocols (TCP/UDP, QUIC) or custom serialization (Protobuf, FlatBuffers).
- Background in cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or CI/CD automation.
- Deep understanding of OS internals, memory-mapped files, cache locality, and asynchronous I/O.
Required Education:
B.Tech./B.E./M.Tech./M.E in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation and Control
