Shop Onboarding Specialist (Field Operations)

About the internship

We are looking for a disciplined, high-energy shop onboarding specialist intern to help traditional retail clothing shops adopt our AI virtual try-on technology. This is a 100% on-ground field role. Your work begins after someone from our team has successfully partnered with a new shop. This is not a sales or lead-hunting role.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Take Photos & Upload Catalog: Visit newly partnered shops and take photos of their first 100 main clothes, then upload them to our website. You will follow a simple, step-by-step photography guide we have already created to ensure the photos look consistent and high-quality.

1. Train the Staff (Inventory): Teach the shop's staff members the exact process of clicking photos and uploading new clothes by themselves so that they can manage it independently moving forward.

1. Teach the Staff (Customer Usage): Train the shop's sales team on how to use our website and how to make their customers use our website.

1. Collect Ground-Level Feedback: Act as our eyes and ears on the floor. Talk to shop owners and staff to find out what they like, what they find difficult, and share that feedback with our team to help us keep making the platform better.
