About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect who can design smart HR solutions and lead complex system integrations. If you enjoy solving problems, building automated workflows, and connecting different HR systems together
Key Responsibility
Lead the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) setup on ServiceNow — including Case Management, Employee Center, ESS/MSS, and Life Cycle Events.
Design end‑to‑end HR processes: workflows, SLAs, data models, and HR taxonomy.
- SAP HR / HCM
Payroll systems
Identity management platforms (IDAM)
Mobile apps
Create automations using Integration Hub, APIs, and Flow Designer.
Ensure HR data security and compliance across the platform.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience
5+ years of total ServiceNow experience.
Minimum 3 years specifically working with HRSD.
