Who you are:
The Service Lead – SAP is responsible for the operational governance, stability, and supportability of the SAP Basis and Infrastructure capability across the enterprise SAP landscape. The role provides governance over AMS operations, production support, operational readiness, and continuous service improvement while partnering closely with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM), Capability Teams, Infrastructure, Security & Compliance, Database, Network, Cloud Operations, and Business stakeholders.
The Service Lead ensures that the SAP Basis and Infrastructure capability remains reliable, resilient, secure, and operationally ready to support business critical SAP services.
- Govern the operational health of SAP Basis and Infrastructure services.
- Ensure platform stability, availability, and operational readiness.
- Monitor service performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support production stability across all SAP landscapes.
- Govern AMS vendor performance for SAP Basis services.
- Review SLA adherence and operational KPIs.
- Manage incident backlog and service quality.
- Drive operational improvements with service partners.
