Hiring Alert: L1 Service Desk (French Support) Location: Chennai Experience: 2+ Years Shift: Rotational / 247We are hiring L1 Service Desk professionals with strong technical skills and excellent customer handling capabilities. If you are fluent in French (mandatory) and looking for a global opportunity, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for IT incidents and service requests
- Perform password resets, printer setup, and basic troubleshooting
- Manage and update tickets in ServiceNow
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS issues
- Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams when required
- Support software installations and system updates
- Ensure quick resolution and excellent user experience Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows / macOS environments
- Experience in ServiceNow or ITSM tools
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)
- Hardware troubleshooting & software installation
- Understanding of IT security and best practices
- Strong communication and customer handling skills Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of Service Desk experience
- Fluency in French (Mandatory)
- Willingness to work in 247 shifts
