Job Title: Social Media Executive / Client coordinator (Social Media)Based in AhmedabadExperience : 2 to 3 yearsWorking Days : 6 days a weekTimings : Monday to Friday-10 to 7 & Saturday-10 to 4Interview Mode : Telephonic & In person what you'll be working onServe as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.Understand client goals, brand voice, and content preferences.Coordinate with content creators, designers, and strategists to ensure timely delivery of posts,stories, and campaigns.Schedule and manage regular client check-ins, approvals, and feedback cycles, scheduling &posting in social media.Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.Monitor content performance and help compile reports for client review.Gather client feedback and communicate it clearly and constructively to internal teams.Assist in preparing proposals, social calendars, and presentations. We're looking for someone who:12 years of experience in client servicing, social media coordination, or account management.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and tools.Ability to multitask and work under pressure with multiple deadlines.Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.Must have Knowledge in Content writing, meta Ads & Blog writing.Must have experience in SEO.
