Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities and project coordination.
Maintain reports, trackers, databases, and Excel sheets.
Follow up on tasks, approvals, deliverables, and project deadlines.
Assist in keyword research and basic SEO activities.
Monitor website performance and marketing campaign reports.
