Key Responsibilities
Advanced Configuration: Lead end-to-end configuration for Core HCM, including
Staffing, Compensation, and Benefits.
Organizational Modeling: Utilize Org Studio to design and maintain complex
organizational structures and modeling scenarios.
Process Engineering: Design dynamic, condition-based Business Process (BP)
frameworks, including advanced Onboarding configurations and E-Verify compliance.
Logic & Reporting: Build sophisticated Calculated Fields (logic, aggregates, text
manipulation) to drive reporting, security architecture, and custom notification templates.
Strategic Optimization: Translate complex HR requirements into functional
specifications, ensuring system scalability and ongoing optimization. Key Requirements
Experience: 4+ years of functional HRIS experience, specifically focused on
Workday HCM.
Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in the Workday Business Process
Framework, Security Groups, and Calculated Fields.
Reporting: Advanced capability in Workday Report Writer (Matrix, Composite, and
