For More details please visit: https://eton-solutions.com/ Primary objective of the is to assist with the execution of family office operations services by overseeing staff training, work planning, communication with all the stakeholders, drive improvement initiatives. Customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction are critical success criteria. Job Description:
- Supervise the daily operational tasks and ensure the efficient running of the team.
- Develop deep expertise in AtlasFive product knowledge.
- Develop deep expertise in family office operations.
- Manage the periodic governance calls with clients and other stakeholders.
- Requires deep knowledge of the family office and finance operations.
- Participate in recruitment activities as well as initiate the performance development training programs.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI.
- Publishing weekly/monthly production log of the service team to the management.
- Responsible for meeting Service Level Agreement as agreed in the Statement of Works.
- Publish performance scores against SLA metrics.
- Setting up a one-on-one meeting with the team at regular intervals.
- Setting goals and objectives to team members, preparation of KRA scores of the team members.
- Perform financial analysis for business development opportunities and special projects.
- Identify improvement opportunities within the process and provide recommendations regarding the evolution of the system.
- Determine ways to increase the quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
- Produce reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progress to management, clients, and other relevant parties.
- Manage the JIRA ticketing system and collaborate with other functional areas in the prioritization.
- Ensure the process flows, SoW, and other business documents are updated periodically with version control.
Education Levels/Credentials:
- Must be a CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
- 0 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Should come with strong team management, client interaction experience.
