Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall management and strategic direction of the Treasures Private Client (TPC) business within the assigned region
- Develop and implement growth strategies to drive the expansion of the TPC client base and assets under management
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and experience to meet the unique needs of TPC clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored wealth management solutions for TPC clients
- Provide leadership and guidance to the regional TPC team, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and internal partners
- Oversee the compliance and risk management practices within the regional TPC operations
- Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making processes for the TPC business
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the wealth management industry, with a proven track record of leading and growing a private banking or wealth management business
