Responsible for the management of internal & external projects and analytic initiatives Manages programs, projects and initiatives involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of projects/programs and/or initiatives into a finished state. Supports and represents the organization on behalf of the CTC Management team and Strategic Program Leader in the Services Billing COE. This position is primarily responsible for CTC Billing & Invoicing support but may be assigned to support any Services Billing initiative. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plans; receives guidance from manager and Strategic Program Leader.
Job Responsibilities:
Leads management of Project/Program and Initiative activities Collaborates with Operation to identify opportunities for projects to drive operational efficiencies; Organizes project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customers or department personnel Interface with and monitors work of technical personnel, such as systems analysts and programmers, providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives Directs the activities of project support staff and is responsible for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of the project Support CTC Management team with performance management, process management, ticket management, and deep dives to improve performance and efficiency Support Strategic Program Leader with strategic objectives as identified. Assists with preparation of and participates in Operational and/or Functional reviews All other duties as assigned, including billing and other operational tasks Skill Requirements
