We are looking for highly driven recruiters to source and onboard participants for multilingual speech and language projects across India.

Key Responsibilities

1. Source candidates through online communities, social media, referrals, and outreach campaigns.

1. Conduct initial screening calls and eligibility assessments.

1. Manage participant pipelines and onboarding workflows.

1. Schedule auditions and recording sessions.

1. Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation.

1. Ensure demographic and regional diversity targets are achieved.

Success metrics:

1. Qualified participants onboarded.

1. Recruitment conversion rates.

1. Diversity and coverage targets.

1. Attendance and completion rates.

English Proficiency (Spoken) Recruitment

Other requirements

1. 0-2 years of recruitment, field sourcing, community management, or participant acquisition experience.

1. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

1. Ability to handle high-volume outreach and follow-ups.

1. Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
