Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and integration of cutting-edge medical imaging solutions Molecular Imaging install base systems.
- Perform system-level troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysis for complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, hardware engineering, and quality assurance to deliver robust products.
- Develop and implement automation scripts and tools for system deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Define and document system architectures, specifications, and operational procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies for medical devices.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system support.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in system engineering, with a strong focus on complex, high-reliability systems.
- Proven expertise in operating systems (Linux, Windows), networking protocols, and virtualization technologies.
- Good programming skills in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash) and one compiled language (e.g., C++, Java).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical imaging modalities (e.g., CT, MRI, X-ray) and relevant industry standards (e.g., DICOM, HL7) is highly desirable.
