(II) About the Role The Senior Specialist, Revenue Optimization & Assurance will play a critical role in driving revenue optimization, revenue assurance, and strategic transformation initiatives across Mastercard Services. This individual will lead key workstreams within large-scale programs focused on revenue realization, billing integrity, process improvement, and operational transformation.

This role requires a highly analytical and execution-oriented professional who can independently manage complex workstreams, solve ambiguous business problems, and collaborate effectively across multiple functions.

The position offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and provides opportunities to influence strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Optimization & Assurance

• Analyze revenue performance and operational processes to identify revenue leakage, billing gaps, and revenue acceleration opportunities.
• Quantify business impact and develop recommendations to improve revenue realization.
• Support development of revenue assurance frameworks, controls, and monitoring mechanisms.

Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis

• Investigate complex revenue and operational issues.
• Conduct detailed root-cause analysis and develop actionable recommendations.
• Partner with business and technology teams to drive issue resolution and sustainable process improvements.

Program & Workstream Leadership

• Lead assigned workstreams within broader Revenue Optimization & Assurance initiatives.
