Senior Specialist, POM Product Owner

"Under direction, the individual works closely with Senior Product Owners and stakeholders to understand user needs, prioritize backlog items and assist in the execution of Agile ceremonies. Product Execution: Able to write specs for minor features and contribute meaningfully to specs for major features. Make right implementation trade off decisions to get product built and launched with low incidences, in partnership with management. Able to ensure QA of a product prior to launch, as well as triage and prioritize bugs. Customer Insights: Uses data to generate actionable insights. Partners with design team to define user experience requirements and deliver user experience designs. Leverages user feedback in the form of usability tests, surveys and other forms of research.Primary responsibilities include: Assisting with tracking the product backlog to ensure features are prioritized according to the Product Strategy. Participates in creating documentation required for Agile Ceremonies. Defines user stories guided by stakeholders. Supports refinement of development user stories and ongoing discussions/reviews.Modified based upon local regulations/requirements.
