Senior Specialist

As a Senior Specialist, you will manage end-to-end import and export logistics operations, ensuring smooth shipment execution, customs compliance, and timely deliveries. You will oversee customs clearance, documentation, regulatory requirements, and coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, CHAs, and government authorities to resolve operational issues and minimize delays.

The role also involves vendor invoice validation, payment management, audit compliance, and financial controls. Using SAP, TMS, ERP systems, and reporting tools, you will track shipment performance, generate MIS reports, analyze operational data, and drive process improvements through effective stakeholder and cross-functional coordination.

• Experienced in end-to-end logistics operations covering import/export, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.

• Strong expertise in customs compliance, including BoE/Shipping Bill filing, CTH classification, and duty management.

• Skilled in stakeholder coordination with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, CHAs, and government authorities.

• Proficient in export/import documentation (AWB/BL, COO, LEO, IGM,EGM, invoices, packing lists).

• Hands-on experience with customs processes, special schemes, IGCR compliance, and bond management.

• Adept at shipment tracking, exception handling, and ensuring on-time delivery performance.

• Expertise in vendor invoice validation, discrepancy resolution, and payment lifecycle management.

• Strong knowledge of financial controls, audit compliance, and invoice verification (taxes & pricing).

• Proficient in SAP, TMS, ERP systems with accurate data tracking and reporting.
