The Opportunity

Are you ready to orchestrate the supply networks that make life-saving diagnostics possible? As our Senior Sourcing Manager in Mumbai, India, you will be a key part of our APAC sourcing operations. You will lead end-to-end sourcing projects, mentor a rising team of Sourcing Managers, and serve as a key advisor to executive leadership. - Reporting Line: The position directly reports to the Sourcing Lead APAC and is part of the Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE).

- Wider team and stakeholders: You will be part of a regional team of Senior Sourcing Managers and Sourcing Managers, managing relationships with other DOP stakeholders (Category, Delivery) as well as external suppliers.

- Role Type: An Individual Contributor with responsibilities to mentor junior team members.

- Impact: You drive global sourcing excellence, financial value, and compliance across the APAC footprint. Specifically, you are accountable for:

- Performance & Savings: Driving key metrics—including PPV savings, preferred supplier share, and shortened cycle times—to deliver bottom-line value while tracking stakeholder satisfaction.

- Sourcing & Analysis: Executing global sourcing activities, standard processes (RfIs, RfQs, RfPs), and NPI benchmarking in close collaboration with Category and NPI managers.
