As an SDE3 on Amazon Pharmacy's brand new Fulfillment WMS team, you'll own the full-stack platform layer from operator-facing React micro-frontends to backend distributed services to CDK infrastructure that pharmacists and technicians rely on across 40+ fulfillment sites nationwide.

This isn't a single-service role. You'll architect reusable platform constructs adopted by the entire org, build AI agent frameworks (MCP-based) that give operators real-time operational intelligence, modernize legacy systems toward autonomous pharmacy fulfillment, and drive engineering excellence across security, resilience, and deployment automation. Your code will directly reduce medication errors, accelerate delivery speed, and eliminate millions in operational cost.

The ideal candidate is a platform thinker who builds for scale. Someone who designs reusable constructs that entire organizations adopt, architects AI agents that operate within strict PHI and HIPAA compliance boundaries, and drives toward zero-touch fulfillment operations where intelligent systems detect, diagnose, and resolve issues before operators are even aware.
