About the job

Key responsibilities

1. Plan and manage a weekly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

1. Shoot and edit short-form videos and reels (student achievements, class moments, testimonials, educational tips)

1. Design posts, stories, and creatives using tools like Canva

1. Write engaging captions and basic ad copy

1. Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) within a set budget

1. Respond to comments and direct message enquiries, and pass leads to the team

1. Maintain and grow our Google Business Profile (posts, photos, reviews)

1. Track performance (reach, enquiries, conversions) and report monthly
