Job Title: Sales Engineer / Sr. Sales Engineer - AGV Robotics & Automation Location: Patparganj, New Delhi Experience: 2 12Years About Company: Established in 2006, the Client is a leading provider of lithium-ion battery manufacturing and testing solutions in India. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer / Sr. Sales Engineer to drive business growth for our AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) robotic solutions across the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B industrial sales, automation, robotics, or material handling solutions , with the ability to build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for AGV robots, autonomous material handling systems, and industrial automation solutions . Generate leads through field visits, industrial networking, cold calling, references, exhibitions, and digital channels. Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site assessments, and live demonstrations of AGV robotic systems. Understand customer operations and recommend suitable AGV automation solutions based on workflow, payload, and operational requirements. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales coordination. Coordinate with technical, project, and service teams for successful deployment and customer support. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and industrial clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in AGV and industrial automation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Business, or related field. 25 years of experience in B2B sales of AGV robots, industrial automation, robotics, material handling equipment, or technology solutions . Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Understanding of AGV systems, robotics, sensors, navigation systems, or industrial automation preferred. Ability to travel across Delhi NCR for client meetings and site visits. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling industrial clients independently. Why Join us?
