Minimum 1 year of experience in residential real estate sales.
Prior experience with a real estate brokerage, advisory, or channel partner firm is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of residential real estate projects, pricing, and market dynamics.
Proven experience in handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and managing the sales cycle from inquiry to closure.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and closing residential property transactions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, objection handling, and presentation skills.
Strong customer relationship management and follow-up abilities.
Proficient in using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Possession of a two-wheeler or four-wheeler will be an added advantage.
Highly self motivated, target driven, and capable of performing in a fast-paced, high performance sales environment.
Must possess a strong sales mindset, a sense of urgency, and a relentless focus on follow ups, conversions, and closures.
