Senior Research Associate - DMPK - Cell Based Assays

About the job

• Hands-on experience in cell permeability assays in Caco-2, MDR1-MDCK and MDCK-II assays
• Experience in freezing, reviving and culturing of the cells
• Maintenance of larger passage numbers
• Designing of permeability assays in the 96 well format
• Able to understand or read the data, data compilation, identify data variability and data review cycle with QA team.
• Maintenance of reagents
• This position includes commitment in delivering the data within the agreed timelines (< 5 days) and strong work ethics to complete the assigned jobs.

Education and experience:M. Pharmacy or M. Sc with 28 years of experience in a DMPK group, preferably within a CRO or the biotech/pharma industry.
