Denied Party Screening (DPS) prevents denied party(s) from transacting with Amazon businesses. We build highly scalable products to detect and prevent prohibited transactions using algorithms, machine learning, and sanctions/compliance domain expertise. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to own product roadmap and innovation for our DPS products. You bring technical depth, domain fluency in sanctions screening, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Key job responsibilities • Own the product roadmap - use Amazon's Working Backwards process to identify customer pain points, define requirements, and prioritize delivery • Drive domain innovation - monitor trends in sanctions/AML screening, denied party list management, fuzzy matching algorithms, and AI/ML-based detection to inform product strategy • Partner cross-functionally - work with engineering, legal, compliance, and operations teams to design and deliver scalable screening products that meet both technical and regulatory requirements • Manage execution - track progress, communicate to stakeholders, mitigate risks, and maintain quality • Build feedback loops - analyze user data and operational metrics to continuously improve detection accuracy and user experience About the team About Amazon Security Diverse Experiences Amazon Security values diverse experiences.
