The Role: Are you excited about building products that transform how millions of businesses discover and adopt e-commerce? Amazon Business India is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the new customer acquisition and traffic charter. In this role, you will define the north-star customer experience to drive Amazon Business awareness at scale and enable easy access to the Amazon Business marketplace. You will work at the intersection of AI/ML and growth — building ML and Generative AI capabilities to strengthen targeting, personalize customer acquisition, build Amazon Business upsell visibility / workflow on the consumer shopping site, simplify the registration journey through agentic AI-led conversational experiences and block abusive registrations by building the right verification checks etc.You will also architect a seamless cross-store shopping experience for customers with dual accounts (Retail and Business) by enabling pricing and value discovery across B2B and B2C buying journeys. Your roadmap will be a mix of India-first products and India adaptations of global product features. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, science, marketing, and business teams in Amazon India and Amazon Worldwide. Key Job Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new customer acquisition and traffic for Amazon Business India
- Build ML/Gen AI-powered targeting and personalization capabilities to identify high-propensity business buyers and tailor acquisition messaging at scale
- Design and ship an agentic AI-led conversational registration experience that reduces friction and improves conversion
- Build Amazon Business upsell visibility and workflows on the consumer shopping site to drive awareness and conversion
- Develop verification systems to block abusive registrations while maintaining a frictionless experience for legitimate businesses
