About the role
Litigation & Dispute Management
Manage end-to-end litigation across civil, criminal, consumer, RERA and labour matters
Draft notices, legal replies, complaints, and authority letters
Coordinate with external counsel, police, and regulatory authorities
Maintain litigation MIS with updated case status, hearing dates, and outcomes

Support dispute resolution through mediation, conciliation, and negotiated settlements
Contract Drafting & Legal Advisory
Draft, review, and negotiate client, vendor, service agreements, NDAs, and MoUs
Identify commercial risks and ensure appropriate legal safeguards are incorporated
Provide legal advisory to internal business teams on day-to-day matters
. Compliance & SOP Management
Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their operational impact
Develop, implement, and update SOPs embedding legal best practices
Support internal compliance audits and periodic regulatory reviews
IPR & Legal Documentation
Assist in identifying, registering, and protecting the organisation's IP assets
Maintain a secure, organised legal documentation system
Review brand communications and marketing content for IP and legal risks
Build and maintain a legal repository of templates, standard clauses, and precedents
Recovery & Enforcement
Drive recovery through well-timed legal notices and escalation letters
Draft settlement agreements and consent terms balancing legal and commercial interests
Monitor recovery timelines and escalate stalled matters appropriately
