About the Role:
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from hiring to separation (Hire-to-Retire).
Ensure smooth execution of onboarding, employee data management, confirmations, transfers, promotions, exits, and full & final settlements.
Drive process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems and platforms.

Lead and support HR transformation and process improvement projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of HR initiatives.
Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to monitor project progress and operational effectiveness.
Third-Party Payroll & Vendor Management
Manage employee processes related to third-party payroll and manpower outsourcing partners.
Coordinate with vendors for onboarding, payroll inputs, employee documentation, and issue resolution.
Monitor vendor service levels and ensure adherence to contractual and compliance requirements.
Support transitions, audits, and governance mechanisms related to outsourced workforce.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
Support audits and maintain required documentation and records.
Partner with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to address compliance-related matters.
Drive adherence to organizational processes and governance frameworks.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Site HR Team, Payroll partners, and COEs to deliver effective HR solutions.
Act as a trusted partner for managers and employees on operational HR matters.
Facilitate alignment and coordination across teams to ensure seamless execution of HR processes.
