Establish and maintain project management standards and best practices. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and implement PMO policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. Conduct regular project reviews and status
Key Responsibilities
- To collect| collate and publish project/program reports to various stakeholders (within and outside HCL)
- To coordinate all periodic reviews| prepare MOMs and Track to closure of all action items
- To monitor project health status and timely reporting on all aspects of the programs
- To execute resource management plan as defined by delivery managers (execute on-boarding| training and resource release| BRQs etc..)
- To facilitate maintenance of central repository for all deliverables
- To track progress on implementation of best practices| processes and standards/tools
