About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, support, and optimize enterprise-scale Unified Communications and collaboration platforms within a regulated financial services environment. This role provides L3/L4 platform ownership, architectural validation, lifecycle management, system upgrades, security enforcement, and resiliency design across Cisco UC, SIP infrastructure, Oracle SBC, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, SSO integrations, and certificate management. The ideal candidate demonstrates deep technical expertise, strong governance discipline, and proven experience operating mission-critical voice systems in a high-availability banking model.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced L3/L4 engineering support across Cisco UC platforms (CUCM, Unity Connection, CER).
• Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Design and validate dial plan architecture, call routing logic, and redundancy models.
• Engineer and optimize Oracle SBC configurations and SIP trunk integrations.
• Support and validate Microsoft Teams Direct Routing integrations.
• Manage TLS/SRTP encryption and certificate lifecycle management.
• Implement and support SSO and identity integrations with enterprise authentication platforms.
• Support network-level troubleshooting including QoS, RTP flows, and call quality diagnostics.
• Review and approve production-impacting configuration changes.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery design validation.
• Collaborate with automation engineers to modernize operational workflows.
