He/she is responsible for leading deliver high-quality software solutions, plays a critical role in fostering a productive and innovative development environment, ensuring technical excellence, and aligning team efforts with business goals. This position requires a technical background, proven leadership abilities in handling Pega frameworks related projects.
Team Leadership & Management:
Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
Resolve team conflicts and address performance issues constructively.
Drive the adoption of modern development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and applicability to the team's projects.
Project Management & Delivery:
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software projects within established budgets and timelines.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
Ensure effective communication of project status, challenges, and successes to all relevant stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Quality Assurance:
Champion continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and practices.
