The role involves managing large datasets, preparing MIS reports, bill closure and reconciliation, performance tracking, and leveraging Advanced Excel to drive operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain MIS reports, ensuring accurate data consolidation, analysis, and timely month-end closures. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and hospital partners to streamline operational processes and resolve billing-related queries. Oversee bill reconciliation and closure activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined timelines. Support HexaBuddy operations by monitoring billing processes, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring smooth monthly closures. Prepare operational dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel to provide actionable insights for business decision-making. Monitor budget utilization related to surgical operations, identify variances, and collaborate withcross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and cost management. Skills we seek: Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, data analysis, and reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and interpret largedatasets accurately. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams and external partners. High attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a process-driven mindset to ensureoperational accuracy and timely closures.
