- Design, develop, and enhance OpenText Exstream applications for high-volume, personalized customer communications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, templates, and data mappings.
- Build and maintain Exstream templates, rules, and components to ensure accuracy, reusability, and performance.
- Integrate Exstream solutions with ECM platforms for content retrieval, storage, and lifecycle management.
- Perform unit testing, support system/integration testing, and collaborate with QA to resolve defects efficiently.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes and optimizations.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards, version control practices, and documentation quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.Tech or equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–9 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in OpenText Exstream development.
