Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the performance and efficiency of the Consumer Banking Group's special operations
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, optimize resource allocation, and enhance customer experience
- Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support to the Consumer Banking Group leadership on special projects and initiatives
- Monitor and report on the performance of special operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or operations management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, process optimization, and strategic planning
