Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of business banking clients, providing personalized financial solutions and advisory services to support their growth and success
- Proactively identify and address the financial needs of clients, proposing tailored products and services to meet their requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and understanding to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as credit, operations, and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives to drive the growth of the business banking segment
- Actively participate in networking and business development activities to identify new opportunities and expand the client base
