Job Summary:
Reporting to the Vertical Lead – Sales Excellence & GTM, this role will support sales excellence and go-to-market initiatives across the Foods businesses, helping strengthen frontline execution, improve productivity, and drive adoption of standard ways of working.
The role requires working with sales, cross-functional, and Digital & Analytics teams to implement initiatives, track progress, generate insights, and solve execution challenges through data and technology with limited guidance.

Support execution of sales excellence and GTM initiatives across Foods businesses
Identify execution gaps using sales data, market inputs, and system reports, and recommend practical solutions
Standardise sales processes, execution routines, reporting formats, and review mechanisms
Coordinate market rollouts, adoption tracking, follow-ups, and issue resolution
Use dashboards and digital tools to improve visibility, governance, and decision-making
Prepare trackers, review notes, and structured insights for business and sales leadership
Partner with sales, trade marketing, supply chain, finance, HR, and Digital & Analytics teams to drive execution
Support sales capability-building and technology adoption initiatives
Key Deliverables / KPIs
Effective execution of sales excellence and GTM initiatives

Candidate Profile
Education
MBA / Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, or Business from a reputed business school
Experience
3–5 years of experience in FMCG/Foods Sales, Sales Development, Trade Marketing, RGM, or Commercial Excellence
Exposure to frontline sales, channel execution, distributor management, retail execution, or trade planning
Experience in project coordination, performance tracking, sales reporting, or execution governance
Strong comfort with sales data, dashboards, Excel/PowerPoint, and structured problem solving
Ability to frame business problems and use data or technology-led approaches to solve execution challenges with limited supervision
Key Competencies

Understanding of GTM, sales processes, and frontline execution
