Job Summary:
Reporting to the Vertical Lead – Sales Excellence & GTM, this role will support GTM and sales excellence initiatives across Agri businesses, helping improve frontline execution, process adoption, and KPI visibility.
The role will work with sales, business, and cross-functional teams to implement initiatives, track progress, analyse performance, and independently solve defined business problems using data and technology with minimal guidance.

Support execution of sales excellence and GTM improvement initiatives across Agri businesses
Document and roll out standard sales processes, execution routines, and governance mechanisms
Coordinate assigned workstreams, including progress tracking, follow-ups, and issue escalation
Analyse sales productivity, channel performance, market execution, and KPI trends to identify improvement areas
Build dashboards, review packs, and reports to support governance and decision-making
Independently diagnose defined execution issues using data, field inputs, and digital tools, and recommend practical solutions
Partner with Sales, Sales HR, Digital & Analytics, and business teams to support rollout and adoption
Capture field learnings, best practices, and execution gaps for replication or course correction
Key Deliverables / KPIs
Timely execution of assigned GTM and sales excellence workstreams
Quality of dashboards, review packs, insights, and analytical outputs
Improved visibility and adoption of standard sales processes and review routines
Ability to independently identify issues and propose data- and technology-enabled solutions
Effective stakeholder coordination, follow-ups, and action tracking
Contribution to replicable best practices and execution improvements
Candidate Profile
Education
MBA / Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, or Business from Teir I B schools
Experience
3–5 years of experience in FMCG, Agri Inputs, Rural Distribution, Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, Analytics, or Sales Excellence roles
Exposure to rural GTM, channel management, frontline sales operations, or sales process improvement
Ability to convert business requirements into structured analysis, trackers, process documents, and implementation plans
Comfort using data, dashboards, and technology tools to solve defined business problems independently
Good stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration capability
Key Competencies
Structured thinking and execution discipline
Analytical ability and comfort with data, dashboards, and performance reviews
Independent problem-solving using data and technology, with limited guidance
Project coordination, follow-through, and attention to detail
