Senior Manager Non IT Procurement

Job Requirements

• Establish an exemplary process for the acquisition of Non IT category which encompasses Facility , Administration , Recruitment , Marketing , HR related expenditure

• Develop and Implement Strategy for procurement of various aforementioned categories and ensure alignment with industry standards

• Regularly assess the commercial terms and improve on them

• Aim to achieve x % productivity / efficiency / cost savings annually

• Lead negotiations to achieve desired results with partners globally

• Meet Internal Customer Satisfaction Targets

• Cultivate vendors, enhance operational efficiency & ensure compliance with KPI’s

• Supervise a team of buyers

Work Experience

• 15 years of advancing purchase and procurement expertise with at least 10 + years of experience in managing Non IT Category Procurement. Demonstrated capability to create and execute innovative strategies for global procurement.

• Proven history of cultivating strong partnerships with suppliers and delivering creative solutions in procurement

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities along with robust change management skills

• Receptive to feedback and a drive to enhance individual performance
